Our Commitment
HemaPro Mobile Lab strives to ensure that our website and booking platform are accessible to people with disabilities. We are actively working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
Measures We Have Taken
- All interactive elements have a minimum touch/click target of 44 × 44 px
- Colour contrast ratios meet a minimum of 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text
- A visible "Skip to main content" link is the first focusable element on every page
- Full keyboard navigation is supported — no mouse required to complete a booking

Known Limitations
The following areas are known to have accessibility limitations that we are actively working to resolve:
- Coverage map: The interactive map on the Coverage page does not yet have full screen-reader support. A text-based description of our service area is provided as an alternative.
- Patient portal: The results portal (third-party) is undergoing an accessibility audit. We are working with our provider to address any issues found.
